Artec Design is one of the leading architectural studios in Bulgaria. Architect Konstantin Antonov established the studio in 1994 and he is its owner and manager. The studio has more then 15 years of experience in the design of public, residential and industrial buildings with numerous realized projects of large scale.
Our clients are large scale investment holdings such as Business Park Sofia, Alexandra Group Holding, Technopolis, etc. Thanks to its original design our buildings such as Cinema Centers Arena Mladost and Arena Zapad, Sofiiska Voda and the other buildings in Sofia Business Park, Technopolis, etc. are well-known and easily recognizable landmarks in Sofia. Artec Design is the architectural studio with the highest number of realized building in Sofia Business Park. Besides Sofia we have numerous projects in Varna, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Veliko Tarnovo, Blagoevgrad, etc.
